Pay at time of Service:
- Initial Visit – 60 minute $450.00 (SBX- $375)
- Monthly membership for functional medicine $ 155.00
- Follow up visit
- 30-45 minutes.
- Urine Drug Screen $ 25.00
- Once a month for Suboxone maintenance program fee is- $300.00
